I have stayed many times at a Crowne Plaza and the only reason it didn't get 5 stars from me was because the cleaning lady didn't come around to my room until almost 7 p.m. at night. By then, I really didn't want someone coming in to clean. But otherwise, a lovely hotel, lovely staff, good location.

When I was talking to the cop yesterday, did I mention I got stopped for speeding yesterday.....anyway it was a fair cop, I'd forgotten I was in a town (village with 3 houses and a mangy dog) and got stopped. never saw any kind of speed recording device. I got young stroppy cop first, he was loving himself. He was so into it he couldn't stop waving cars down while he was trying to talk to ...

It’s well worth starting today’s passage back at verse 1, "Here is my servant, whom I uphold, my chosen one in whom I delight; I will put my Spirit on him and he will bring justice to the nations. (Isaiah 42:1 NIVUK) this verse introduces the new servant. This servant is distinctly the Messiah whose task is to bring justice and to teach God’s law to the gentiles with ...
