I have stayed many times at a Crowne Plaza and the only reason it didn't get 5 stars from me was because the cleaning lady didn't come around to my room until almost 7 p.m. at night. By then, I really didn't want someone coming in to clean. But otherwise, a lovely hotel, lovely staff, good location.

I'm glad i've found a solution for not feeling that much pain - it's constant training. You never stop for more than 12 hours, it's can be painful to do some excercises when you can use the stairs or just suddenly stand up, it should be done very carefully. Still if you feel it day in day ...

In Brest we visited the Brest Fortress which was under siege during World War II (the Great Patriotic War). It was massive and so soviet, which was obvious as we entered through the massive soviet star at the entrance, to the tunes of a very soviet marching band.

We were also lured to Brest as it was close to the UNESCO world heritage Belavezhskaya Pushcha National ...

... we could sing with the children) ‘Sing to the Lord a new song’ (v.10). It’s well worth starting today’s passage back at verse 1, "Here is my servant, whom I uphold, my chosen one in whom I delight; I will put my Spirit on him and he will bring justice to the nations. (Isaiah 42:1 NIVUK) this verse introduces the new servant. This servant is distinctly the Messiah whose task is to bring justice and to teach God’s law to the gentiles with ...
