We left Geneva in the rain and headed through quite interesting small town/winery/farming country for a couple of hours until crossing a bridge over Lake Erie we saw the spray of Niagara Falls... and the skyline of casinos and observatory towers. ... and the ride on the Maid of the Mist boat which goes to within 150 feet of the bottom of the canadian falls. You get issued with plastic ponchos in both places - but the spray is like the heaviest rainstorm so inevitably you get pretty damp.

... were just about perfect; the meat was falling off the bone! I also share a plate of Buffalo wings with Dan. It had to be done! We are only about half an hour away from Buffalo, NY, the place where the wings were created. To drink: Johnny Walker Black and Coke. This is much more my standard fare. I’ve had too many cocktails lately. Still, might have to have something smaller tomorrow night.
