... night, but with the warm winds it felt good to stand out in it. I love being out on a windy day when it is warm. I love the feel of the wind blowing on me. So this morning we woke to a light rain and gray skies, not bad but enough that we are not going to stay an extra day. Very good waffles at the breakfast room and back to relax in our room till checkout time. Leaving the tip of the Cape and heading back to Boston area. After crossing the canal we turned to ...

... Pops in Lenox Mass. Up late and leisurely morning. Breakfast at Joe’s Diner in Stockbridge. This is a ‘famous’ place. When Rockwell was painting ‘The Runaway’ he used the counter here for the background. Phil’s friend/mentor Tim found the policeman that Rockwell used for the model in the painting. A so-so breakfast but interesting. Back to motel for showers and get ready to head out. We drove through Lenox to the Tanglewood complex ...
