    ... up his outdoor chair and had a couple of drinks as we watched the crowds come and go. A lady??? (smashed off her head) asked us if we could give her a dollar. Then a guy asked us for $3 to buy some fuel. Wait, there's more, another guy asked us for money to buy a sleeping bag from Walmart ($14 on special), because he is cold at night. Needless to say, none of them got any money from us. Pretty sure we know where the money would have gone.
