      ... on lunch. And it was still kinda raining. Lunch through was a little disappointing. Philadelphia is famous for the Philly Cheesesteak.       ... including a “Rotary wing kite” from a German U-boat. These were almost no more than a chair with helicopter blades. It was not powered, but when towed by the submarine the wind acting on the blades caused it to rotate and take off, the brave pilot soaring into the sky for some aerial reconnaissance.
