The stadium was only officially completed last week and it was clear from the mish-mash of white, grey and dark grey seats that it was a last minute job. ... only a dead one), deer, parrots, emas (like emus), chachalarkas (like wild chickens and just as scatty), so many bird species, black howler monkeys , giant otters (technically we only heard them), iguanas , hawks, and of course piraņa which believe it or not, are delicious! We missed out on anacondas and but they live there too.

... Iguacu next to the Brazil/Paraguay border. There we plan on seeing the great Iguacu falls, maybe doing a little shopping in Ciudad Del Este while trying to avoid getting mugged on the bridge over the border, and hopefully meeting some more backpackers as we haven't really done that since Paraty (perhaps it was because I hadn't changed my boxers and Fred still hasn't changed his tshirt...)
