      ... bit different to what we were accustomed to on the AMAVERDE for so many days but it will be good to get home into Australia from a great holiday.

      We were upgrade to business class at Dubai airport (wow!) and left at 2:05am (local time) on Wednesday Jan 8 on Emirates EK440 arrive into Adelaide at 8:55pm (local time).

      ... cars racing around the track from the Hatton Residence and had a great view of the celebration fireworks. I unfortunately missed Prince Harry, Ginger Spice and Danni Minogue who were all in Abu Dhabi living it up for the big race. I did see a few great music acts 'Beats on the beach' at The Corniche which was a free concert right on the beach.       ... we had nothing planned we looked through a tours booklet from the hotel and decided on a late afternoon / evening Dune, dinner safari. This is definitely not going to be like our Kenyan safaris with about 7 different things going to happen but I'm going to wait till tomorrow to tell you about them.
