Arrived at hotel in Alice Springs at 6:30 after a long drive from Kings Canyon. The place was packed there was a "footy" thing happening in Alice and there were masses of "footy" young men and older there. Footy is Australian rules football. On to Ghan train tomorrow pm. Ate in bar and went to bed early.
