Nice grounds and great views over the hills. The facilities are basic but what you would expect. No wifi in rooms just the foyer. Lovely restaurant and good breakfast choices.
We could walk into town and eat but avoid the creek bed after dark.

I'm in Sydney now after spending the past 5 days in Central Australia. When we arrived at Alice Springs airport we found out that we were booked onto a tour of the sites on a coach of 31 people.
