... lots of glitz and glamour. Picked up a brat and wandered aimlessly through the Wonderland for a while admiring the different foods and drink, all of the games and the rides. Everything very expensive of course.
Decide to walk back to the city, another long walk, with my legs killing me at this point. Get back at around 10:00 and immediately pass out. Long day of constant movement has gotten the better of me.
... it even before we got on and by then it had started to drizzle too..yes you could buy these revolting yellow 'Lego' poncho's but seriously, we decided to grin and bare it...OMG!! I have attached the footage of the ride.......we then paid 2P in a ********** attempt to dry our soaked bums in a contraption called drying shacks, but in reality had to settle with 'air' drying with the lovely cool wind blowing up our soaked undies and ...
... left to come on holiday I had a meeting with Simon, our IT manager just to catch up with everything and I mentioned the problem and said I'd really like to get the contacts back - all eight of them. He said "no problem", took my phone and after just thirty minutes of pushing buttons and fiddling with settings he handed it back with "there you all. You're all connected now".
Now at the time I had not quite appreciated what "you're all connected now" ...
... unfortunately. Anyway... Continuing on.
We headed on down Euston Road past Kings Cross station St. Pancreas and picked up some lunch of Pizza for a nice £1.80 which was delicious... then discovered our new favourite shop which we will live off wherever possible "The 99p store" (Nothing over $1.50 Australian - BEST.STORE.EVER!!! Ha!). Finding 3 fruit stalls and thinking it was the Camden Markets we were outrageously disappointed so we walked ...
... of their hotel, the receptionist at easyHotel kindly offered us a free cab ride to the airport in the morning. Its 8.15 now and were going to sleep early. We will be up tomorrow at 4.40am. We've just come back from the best dinner of the trip so far. Mushrooms on garlic bread, pork belly, peppers, garlic potatoes, and a top choc caramel dessert to finish.
Looking forward to Copenhagen tomorrow. Lets hope our easyJet flight goes better than ...
