In typical Sandiford style, Mom and I did a whirlwind tour of Vienna!
Our first night consisted of a walk around Vienna, before heading to the Opera! There were two Ballets playing, Verklungene Feste, and Josephs Legende! They were beautiful productions, and though I had no idea what the story line actually was, I definitely make my own interpretation.

    - It took me 27 flights (not including stopovers!) with 17 airlines, not to mention the countless bus, train and boat rides.

    - The temperatures ranged from -10C in Korea to 40 C in tropical places

People asked me what I liked best on my journey, but that's a difficult question of answer. Every place had its ...

In general, there are two kinds of guests: the nice ones and the ones not that nice.

You might be surprised that back at the beginning of my work placement (ages ago, more than 8 months to be exact) all of the German speaking customers seemed to me as the second group. There is a simple explanation for that: I did not understand a single word – not much has changed since then though. Not only my inability to communicate but also ...
