... truly are. Form, balance, posture, position-- I still need to learn all of these. If I'm practicing and my wrist is bent during a mid-block, I'm stopped and made to correct it. Hotel barmaids- the prettiest and friendliest ladies we met in the DPRK, bar Song of course!
