There are some famous falls outside Portland which Cathy and I were determined to see before heading for Washington State. In the roughly 24 hours since we rolled into the driveway, we've managed to get the worst of the bugs and grime off the bike - and us. Several loads of laundry later and our clothes can no longer stand in the corner on their own. Factor in a trip to the grocery store for essentials and things are getting back to "normal" - whatever that means.

We decided to take in Pike Place Market tomorrow . . . and returned to the hotel shortly after dinner. We have a big dinner planned for tomorrow night . . . at a favorite restaurant . . . Sixty-Seven at the Edgewater Hotel . . . on the waterfront . . . at pier 67!!
