      • in the morning we filled up the tank and traveled 224.2 miles to Salem to visit Willamette college.
      • It was an amazing university that really enjoyed our apparel. we made $500 on the day.

      ... couldn’t get a good seal after the oil change, we were in deep doodoo.

      Fortunately, they were able to seal it and nothing leaked after running the car on idle for a few minutes, so we were good to go. Both license plate lights were dead too, so we got those fixed.

      ... Clark was up long enough to drive us downtown and he went back home. After we walked and talked and found a food court for an Asian dinner we walked more and spent time in the magnificent and new Apple iphone place!! Clark picked us up later and dropped me off at home and they went on home. A nice evening, and I finally did some walking. It is still cool out but not raining!

      ... was actually pretty painless except for the obvious posterior targeting and leg cramping. While full, the United CDG-SFO flight was comfortable, clean, sans crying babies and cranky children (off-season travel a joyful perk of retirement), and equipped with a full array of media options.
