        ... something I'd not had before and something totally American. So biscuits and gravy it was.         ... Arkansas River was crossed and blue patches started to appear in front. The bumps and the forests both returned. As the cloud broke up and began to dissipate, we were able to increase our height to 4,500ft and it became a little smoother.         Today was a chilled out day. After a few busy days with the kids it was time to do basically nothing. I spent the morning catching up with mum and dad back home. I finally got on to my emails and had 1179!!! I've not check them since being out here so that was a fun hour sorting through them and deleting!         ... s going to be a REALLY long 36 hours without much sleep, but it'll be lots of fun.

        The airport shuttle is picking me up at 1:30, so I'd better go finalize everything. I like to be ready an hour or so before so I can always make adjustments for all the things I remember at the last minute.
