... writing this at 3:30am because against Max's advice I have decided to stay up pretty late in an effort to beat jet lag because there is an 11.5 hour time difference!

As a side note, today (December 16th) is Ana's birthday, feliz cumpleaņos Ana!

I will keep you posted on whether or not I am actually able to fly out later today - fingers crossed!

Today I again was surprised at how fast aerostich ships out their products. I paid for the bag yesterday and I received it this afternoon. My first impression of the bag was "holy **** it's huge" it has one main pocket and two smaller side pockets. Putting it on the bike was easy as pie it took me less than a minute to have it strapped down and ready to load. At the fort it was interesting to see the living quarters, work-shops, and battlements, including the large round watch tower - the oldest extant building on Minnesota.
