Double bay was thriving on a Saturday night, so busy and noisy as we walked ...

Best viewed from: From all sides and up close, but make sure it's a cold, but sunny, day - the cold air adds something to it.

... the road. Matt's friend James from home and his girlfriend had been living in Melbourne for about a year and were both in Sydney visiting friends. That evening we met up with them separately, Matt went out for a pretty mental night with James and his footy team (no girls allowed apparently) while Kate met Rosie and went for a few drinks and a dance before going home at about 12.30am. Matt however got absolutely smashed and didn't get back to the hostel ...
