... were to get out of the immediate vicinity of Cazorla. I went in short sleeves and long pants, the running shoes adequate as footwear.

Keith was happy to do 'sweeper' duty at the back as he said he was a slow walker in any event. Slow Poke and Philippa aka Wide Load were also common laggers as we Peter and Noel.

I could not really remember doing a group walk of some 7H duration before. Pretty sure I do not really want to do one ...

... Elaine called Ibida a town for gentlemen so I will naturally fit right in [all of you, shut up].

... br> Baeza is is beautiful and I thoroughly recommend it. It is a renaissance era town very like Caceres in Extremadura but there were no tourists at all! We wandered around this jewel of a town taking photos with no one in. The old song Mad Dogs and Englishmen lodged in my mind for some reason lol! There are no main sights here just an ambience and several churches inside a central area that looked ...

... rare, at least until Mike came across one on a curve and managed to scuff the front number of a local's Seat. With no ability to communicate, we finally managed to convince the local inhabitant that no damage was done to his car by furiously rubbing at the deposited that Mike's LHS pannier had left on his bumbler. Following that the road turned to dirt and we ...
