    ... build that was my big question??

    On closer inspection this was certainly no small house and consisted of 3 or more floors and as it was half way up a cliff there was certainly no road that went up there unless it was within a tunnel.

    Further up and right on the top of this cliff I noticed another strange shaped rock and on close inspection this rock turned out to be yet another very large building. This one appeared to be a upper cableway station or ...

    ... narrow path for walking! Very scary!

    They took her advice and we watched them walking along their narrow path and they finally appeared . . .at which point John said, "That was stupid!" Apparently, the trail was all up - some switchbacks and some sheer up!

    ... was more like testing the breaks and at every other turn I had to stop for a few photos. We have stopped so much that we almost arrived late to our destination which was a small village a bit off the beaten track. It was actually very small. Had more mountains surrounding the village then houses in total in it.

    We got in and settled, so was time to check out the local "trattoria" one can eat great meals all fresh and local products almost anywhere on the road or any place. ...
