Today we went to Venice. The highlights were the trip in the gondola and buying masks. We went to one stall to buy some white (colour your own) masks. €5 each. We started to haggle. She says, "never trust a Latino"! Apparently he had bought a bottle of Champagne and it was in his room (I think- from what was translated by the Peruvian) and was hinting to her multiple times that she could ...

... done when the rice isn't crunchy. Its a mushy dish and although we ate it as a main course, I would prefer it as a side with something else. Oh yeah, somewhere it there more rehydrated porcini mushrooms were added. Sorry....the Prosecco gets in the way of remembering all the steps and nothing is written down for you.

Pasta: Wow...I think I can safely say that, although it was fun, I'm never making that again. It took ...
