    ... middle of the "OldTown" also known as Vieux-Lyon. We are on the west bank of the Saone river and to quote the tourist brochure "a charming mix of cobbled alleyways, boutique shops, wine bars and restaurant s.An unpararalled mix of Renaissance, Romanesque and Gothic architecture."     ... went to the Renaissance theater to see a show. We weren't told much about the show, except that it was free, counted as 2 make up classes, and when and where to find it.     ... we went to walk the city and found "dinner" at this Bar called Quai 31. By this time we had met up with the people who are living in La Madeline and had a large group. Once we made it back to the hotel, I barely got changed before I crawled into bed and slept for the whole night. We'll see how that Jetlag thing works later lol.

    ... way. We made it but were both covered in perspiration as we settled into our seats. The flight was a Lufthansa/Singapore Airlines code share so the majority of the crew and passengers were German. I don't know what wizardry they arranged but we were able to watch the World Cup final on live tv on the entertainment system for its entire duration. As everyone now knows Germany won in extra time and you can imagine the atmosphere among crew and passengers on the flight. So ...
