... a tasting. The caves were impressive and kind of creepy. It reminded me a little of catacombs.They have over 5 km of caves holding over 3 million bottles of wine. A woman met us in the tasting room and explained the wines to us. It was a little tough to hear her. There were 6 reds, 3 whites and 1 rose out for us to try. They were all excellent, particularly the Pinot Noir. A group of us got a large order together to have bottles shipped back to New Jersey.

The park is too large to explore fully in one day, so we visited the zoo and the rose garden and then let Logan play his heart out in one of many mini woods. We haven't seen the last of the park... that's for sure.
