Shove it right up your cappella

A travel blog entry by adamel

... Lauren for dinner, and then I had the a cappella meeting at 6:15. That didn't go as well as expected. I had plenty of girls, but only four boys, and they absolutely hated the arrangement I did of Let It Go and Unconditionally. As soon as I mentioned it they all started whining about how they are sick of Let It Go, and all I could think of was the entire day off I'd given up to write the damn thing. OK. Fine. After the speech, we went to the Turf Tavern (the site of Bill Clinton's "did not inhale" incident) for a pint (well, in my case a half-pint of cider...I'm working on it :), and then had lunch and spent the day wandering the city a bit. All in all it was good.
