... getting on the road again the next day. There must have been a total of 20 attractions and rides completed in the day. The favourites were Splash Mountain - flume ride (x5) closely followed by Buzz Lightyear and the Thunder Mountain and Seven Dwarfs roller coasters. miles past the welcome to ...

After a bit of a slow start to the day by certain members of the family we were a bit late I getting there, we hit the car park gates at 0915. It immediately hit us that this was not Disney, there were lines at the car park gates and although there were only about 6 cars in front of us ...

... 8211; who was amazed at my Goonies t-shirt given the fact that the only other person who’d approached her in the last hour was also sporting a Goonies t-shirt - rang a shuttle bus for me that was to pick me up and take my to my first lodging, which was a one night stay in a Travelodge. Ok, now when a place is called ‘The Orlando Airport Travelodge’ you expect it to be in, or at least in very close proximity to, the ******* Orlando airport, right? RIGHT? ...
