The chopped salad was not being chopped, no matter what the sign said, and certain dressings and items people were requesting were met with an unapologetic "we don't have that here". I kept my order very simple just to make sure my now very low expectations were met. Nothing makes instant friends out of strangers more than commiserating over poor service in the fast food line.
