Re-starting our race-fan immersion program!
... closed for a team meeting, so we went over to the Nationwide, and Sprint Cup shops, and then came back to the truck shop later. It's always a treat to see these professional, sparkling clean shops where, every week, cars and trucks are disassembled, rebuilt, and re-assembled, and yet the shops gleam like a tv chef's kitchen!

As far as practicing, everything has been going good; everyone is buying into what the coaches are teaching us and coming on to the court with a lot of intensity and enthusiasm. ... of yellow and red among mostly green, but definitely not peak color. Leaving the parking lot, we followed the trail clockwise going behind the dam on a paved trail. Shortly, the trail became unpaved and crossed a footbridge, providing a nice view of the lake and an old railroad bridge in the other direction.
