Tonight we had a barbecue prepared by our staff. Hot dogs, hamburgers, potato salad, coleslaw and broccoli salad and chips, ice cream and cookies for dessert. Very nice evening. Tomorrow is travel day to Homestead.

Tin City is a collection of waterfront shops but got its start as the hub of the fishing industry.
Seemed to us that the town was more for the wealthy who were into shopping. 5th Avenue South is about five miles of chic boutiques. It is gorgeous with the tropical landscaping and truly reminded us of Europe, but shopping is just not our thing.
While we loved the visit, we were happy to get back to Englewood!
Today we made it to Fort Myers to visit our friends Pat and Dar.
They have a lovely spot in Lehigh Acres and are having a well deserved two week break from the stresses of home.
They live in an absolutely gorgeous spot and we are grateful to have had the chance to visit. Their hospitality was second to none and we enjoyed every minute.
