... but in fairness to Greyhound, they are about as pleasant as they could possibly be given the circumstances. Each coach has WiFi, power outlets and the reclining seats are nice enough. Problem is, after 13 hours, there isn't a seat in the world that would remain comfortable. Therefore as the skyline of Chicago signaled our arrival, I, or perhaps my backside, did let out a excited squeal.

... together in the lunchroom for John to perform. They were one of those golden audiences who laughed loudly and often and made us feel like rock stars. I even had a chance to talk with one of the teachers who was genuinely interested in the circus and was really excited about his chance to see one for the first time.

The community is really excited about their first chance to bring the show to town and I really hope it goes well!

... cliches we've heard a hundred times, but a trip like this put it all into a realistic perspective. The cliches are all true!
