... as well as emotionally. The jet lag coming home was certainly very bad. By 4pm we were both extremely tired and wanted to go bed. 4pm here is 1am in Kenya! So even if we forced ourselves to stay awake until even 9pm, we both had a lot of trouble staying asleep past 2am at first.
