There are "rails to trails" walking areas, a very nice municipal swimming pool, several historic exhibits and very nice green lawns. Last night was a good stay. Today we headed north to Wichita, KS. In contrast to the park in Thackerville, OK, the one in Wichita was pretty new. Lots of concrete, not much in the way of trees. It sorta felt like we were camping on an airport runway. Good laundry, showers, and restrooms. (Hey, those things are important!)
