Stranded in St Moritz
... tourist town but coming here out of season is a total dead loss and especially on a Sunday!! I cannot wait to get back on my bike and out of here!!!
Tomorrow the weather is suppose to be good and so I plan to head eastwards into Italy and the Dolomites. I only hope there is no more snow on the way but only time will tell.

Sunshine and snow in the Alps
... Getting to Chur meant heading over a few more wonderful passes, one of which starts right here in Andermatt and is called "Susten pass". Its only 2224m high but after what I saw yesterday and from the top of the mountain today it looked like it was going to be quite a challenge!!

Chur and the train trip to Morges
... side. Now a race against time it's 11:49 - check out for the hotel is 12noon and the train goes to Morges at 12:16. We get to the hotel at 12:01 get our bags and board the train at 12:15 - now that is to the minute timing! We have to make a change at Zurich and Camille had only downloaded up to the 12.09 train, so with a bit of guess work using the previous train times, we managed to make the connection with about 8 minutes to spare! Davos
