    ... continued our game drive. Soon after, we stopped to watch a couple of warthogs on their knees eating grass. Further along on the open plains we saw many springbok. On the radio we heard about a nearby wild dog sighting. There were three other vehicles already watching the dogs, so we had to wait. We slowly drove there. On the way we stopped to watch a couple of ground squirrels.

    ... we were tested by the bushmen and made our own traps, collected plants and built our very own shelter (which we got an 8/10 for) .     ... like people preferred to take the on-the-go option. Finally the focus group participants all arrived on time and we went to a quiet area to talk. The group went well, lots of interesting comments were made and even some suggestions of more things to eat, mophane worms being one of them...I will let you know how that goes!!     ... in a nearby village. We met with a large group of people that were on a two week trip to fix up one of the six Adventist orphanages in Botswana. One of the leaders of the group was a Loma Linda trained family physician based in rural county in Oregon.
