4 stars is generous but it is based on location, rooms and food.
Don't bother to read the Cresta Creeds displayed prominently in the lobby because 80% of the staff haven't read them either.
And 80% of the people in the lobby are trying to get onto the much touted free wifi - there's none to be had between 07:30 and 19:00.
This could be a five star with very small changes by management

The last instructions we received from our guides were how to use the toilets at night. 1) listen. 2) if quiet, open the tent door and listen. 3) if still quiet, shine your flashlight and look for animals and reflections of eyes. 4) if no signs of animals do "step 1" outside your tent, if you need to do "step 2" dig a cat hole.
