... and checked out some cool squishy things that shrink when you toigh them....the water had to have been about 30 at best but it was BEAUTIFUL! I decided cobsidering my headache I would get a head start up the staircase.....I had to take about 5 breaks on the way up lol....I am out of shape, but it was seriously hard for everyone I saw. ... to fix the still faulty spotlamps on which I had spent hours of so far fruitless
labour in trying to trace the fault. I had even bought a new relay for the circuit guessing as it turned out wrongly that the existing one was the culprit. The wiring all checked out for continuity OK yet no power was getting past the relay. Mystery. Let Bend Rovers sort it!

... a bit through more windy roads with cliffs and rock formations too unique to describe. Any picture didn't do any justice...most pictures of road trips don't. Whit can relate...Dad and I both thought it reminded us of the stretch of road in western Wyoming near Yellowstone and that area with the HUGE dam in the middle of nowhere...remember that one Whit?? :) We almost took a tour with one of those radios that explained the history of each area...haha...but we were stapped ...

... trees and by the time the sun was starting to set around 8.45pm, we'd showered and got ready to settle in for the night, watching an episode of Hustle before going off to sleep.

Tues 19th June.

Got up at 8am, had breakfast looking at our river view, then Skyped Cat's parents. After that we got ourselves ready and headed off along Hwy 99 towards Crater Lake.
