... guide did this, and then even fed them. Alligators like sweet foods, so they got clumps of marshmallows as a treat. The guide then put a mini hotdog on a stick, and got the gators to jump up to grab it! One of the gators was totally cute though because he had lost his right arm in a fight. Apparently gators can repair pretty much any little injury to their bodies, and this guy didnt even have a stump it was straight flesh. Tough little fellas. ...

... Right Foundation' set up in part by Brad Pitt aiming to build over 130 new houses for residents who lost theirs during the flood.

We got back to back to our hostel around 2pm and spent the rest of the afternoon booking flights, accommodation and car hire for our road trip to Texas. We walked through the Garden District this morning ...it was charming with large elegant Victorian houses and flowering trees everywhere. Sadly there didn't seem to be any bees.
