... We had hosts to drive us around since non-Vietnamese cannot legally rent scooters or cars, not that many foreigners are crazy enough to brave the chaotic roads! The food tour took us around to different districts while sampling various foods and taking in the distinct features of each area. It was a great way to experience HCM for the short time we were there.

... biggest cultural experience; watching the bodies burn on the River Ganges while watching children play in the water, as remains float by. From an outsiders perspective it defies all logic but once you understand the culture and religion, it makes perfect sense. I reckon the more you see the more you understand.
