... Summit at 6917 feet then Silverton Summit at 5940 and from there it will all be downhill.

After the summit we saw an overpass ahead but looking around there were no roads leading to either end so we assume it was for the animals. Not sure if it was cattle or the deer that the signs warned you about. This is the longest stretch we have had with road construction, in fact it was bad at the border of NV and UT.
