... It was a preview to the Redwood National Park. We entered the Chandelier Tree park, and we actually drove through a tree! Imagine a tree massive enough that a car can fit through it. There are only three left, all of which are privately owned. We snapped quite a few photos, including some of us in a trunk of a tree. The trees on the west coast have nothing on the ones back in little Delaware.

... forest to reach a trailhead. The trail took us 1.25 miles farther in to the forest to a 250ft long suspension bridge. It was nice to get out and move around and the bridge was neat. The bridge gave an amazing view of a 70 ft high super powerful looking and sounding waterfall called Drift Creek Falls. I don’t think that anything living would make it over the waterfall and live to tell about it because it emptied out onto a bed of sharp rocks.

2650 Kilometers Crescent City Today we crossed from Oregon to California. In the afternoon we were in a campsite when we smelt some sulphur. We soon found that our van had a gas leak so daddy called the fire department. We stayed away from the van because the gas could ignite. The fire department fixed the leak but the sulphur was still about so someone let us sleep in their ...
