Overall it was nice to get a glimpse of Californian wines. Of course, it was just that, a very small look of what California has to offer in terms of wines. Since we didn’t visit so many vineyards and due to our low budget we didn’t have the chance to try better wines or to do a proper research on which wines to try. ... get the chance to do another trip like this for….well, maybe ever so why were we holding back just to save a few bucks. In the big picture the 1 or $2K we went over budget was worth it. We didn’t want to come home and say something like.... "Florida was a pretty cool place but it would have been really nice if we could have afforded to stay on the ...

It's time to go home. Back to reality. (The reality being we are unable to support this lifestyle without further income.) This return date was chosen, for the most part, because Violet is to start school next week and will have her Jr High orientation tomorrow afternoon. If we get home tonight we will have time to set up camp and get semi organized. Since we are planning on living in the trailer until….we don't know how long, it feels different than ...
