... in our 30" square cubicle (but excellent water pressure!) and then a bit of time downstairs to access wi-fi, the only place it is available in this hotel. We're behind in publishing for this reason; hope to do some catching up soon. Then we found a place for a bit of breakfast--excellent coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh baguettes and a ham and cheese omelette to share. Life is so hard! Our plan is to try to follow one ...

... Ties , a few with ladies all dressed up on the backs of their bikes having a lovely gathering and ride, was great to see. We then presented ourselves at the local Starbucks with a little difficulty gaining access ( had a trick door is my story), but we were successful. I got a real cup of tea to prevent the dreaded no tea headache and we took off a few blocks to get to the SIM card place and catch a bus tour. ... chill as it took us on a journey past the Invalides, the Louvre, Champs Élysées and the Arc De Triomphe.

Having only packed summer clothes and being unprepared for this icy day we thought it would make perfect sense to make our way to the amazing "Galleries Lafayette" and get ourselves something warmer to wear. We found our way there and to our dismay it was closed and so were all the other cafes near by. He only place open was- McDonalds!

... WW1 like I do for WW2 so it is a different perspective. I left to go grocery shopping and to find something to eat. I are a different lunch meal and had fresh croissants with Nutella! I had a nice relaxing afternoon in the hostel... Meaning I took an uninterrupted nap!
