Arriving in French Lick is such a surprise. You're driving, driving, driving....then all I a sudden you round the corner ...there sits the most magnificent building you've ever seen. West Baden. Wednesday, 7/3, we spent exploring St. Louis, the Arch, and the Arch museum. Lunch was at our hotel bar, with our favorite St. Louis bartender, Kimberly - with lots of pictures ...

On our trip from Louisville to St. Louis a sign on the side of the road enticed us to take a little detour to check out the Marengo Cave. Located in the heart of Indiana's Cave Country
We are in Amish Country and had to pass two of their horse drawn carriages with families dressed in the full Amish clothes, along the way.
