... and decided to take a meander through the streets of Nairobi in search of a mobile phone battery (another job I didn't get around to doing before leaving home). I was surprised that the city was not overly busy; there was somewhat a press of people but overall the traffic was manageable. Vehicles are a mix of the old and the new - rich individuals rolling through the streets in shiny SUV's competing with dilapidated, crammed minibuses hauling people from one stop to the next.
