... a great deal of stigma around using condoms. Many people are very religious here and religious leaders are usually only teaching abstinence. That said I did see condoms for sale at the check out of a Nakumat (like target). I wonder what the government or non-religious based NGOs are pushing for. Are there initiatives that encourage the public to practice safer sex with using condoms? ...
