... castles, towers, historic houses, Roman gold mine, tin mine etc. etc. We love looking at everything, but I was particularly interested in the Roman gold mine. Over 2000 years ago the Roman were mining for gold here - amazing.
I know that towers and castles were built on top of hills for a reason, but why can't they build car parks ...

... to Laugharne with us doing a scenic route. Had dinner at another pub in town. Ebony stayed the night with us.
Next day we all went to Tenby a portside town. It was wonderful and doing a thriving tourist business. Spent several hours there before taking Ebony back to Rye.
I didn't mention that the famous poet Dylan Thomas lived here. We will be looking at his Boat House sometime. There are photos and memorabilia every where, especially the pubs. Apparently he liked a ...
