The first and most obvious start to the day was to prepare our lunch (2 egg mayo sarnies) in preparation for when we passed the ‘Entering Sandwich’ sign, which after some driving along narrow country lanes eventually came into sight. ... see the water plumes of whales not far off the beach. Difficult to actually see the whales even through the telescopes at the visitors centre. Provincetown has been the highlight of our time in Cape Cod, quite old but with new life from the gay community and bohemian themes, and another great place to scoff lobster!
