... to make the best of it. So we might go up in the CN tower and go in the PATH and go shopping. We are going to the aquarium Wednesday night for a Networking event so we don't need to go there. ... After the tour we looked at the space artefacts and watched a few movies/documentaries. There isn't as much to see and do at the center compared to Kennedy so we left at about 3pm a little disappointed (spoiled perhaps at going to Kennedy first). For dinner we got some Chinese food and called it a night. The Chinese good wasn't that good - Sam had Mongolian Chicken (lots of onion) and I had sweet and sour pork (too sweet, or not enough sour ...
... a weekend so the traffic was not too bad. Seabrook is a really nice seaside town. For dinner we found an independent restaurant called Seabrook Classic Cafe. Sam had crab cakes and I had chicken schnitzel, and we shared a homemade key lime pie for dessert. The food was really yummy and there were lots of locals both eating in and taking out so it was a good ...
... games (ads again). It was never going to happen for me after Nadal went out, so I kind of didn't mind too much....
All in all, a lovely relaxing time, recharging of batteries and family bonding - thanks Joe and Carol, I hope to see you in Europe next year....
My six day stay came to an end much too fast, and despite dire warnings from Joe, who was certain I would at the very least be mugged, and more likely kidnapped by the mob, I set off for Chicago ...
... as long as could to avoid the jet lag by watching movies on my large tv screen but about 5am my time the bed was calling...so i reclined (just like to rub it in!!) and slept for about 6 hours.
Breakfast came ...also quite yummy and then we landed!! Not a bad 14hours really and didn't feel too terrible either!!
I got quarantined in the airport ..not sure why ...
