... had managed to book a night at my mom’s timeshare right outside of SLC. A real bed…an actual king sized bed!!! YES! I slept great that night :):) Days 9, 10, 11 were spent lounging and visiting in Sun Valley, Idaho with my momma and her hubby, Mitch. Well, that was the condensed version, you wouldn’t have thought it tho :):) I seriously loved this trip so much. Everything I saw and experienced was for the first time! ...

Once on board we all tune into the in flight movies, I watch a short film called the Monuments Men, it's a good film and with a beer at the airport, gin in board and a small wine I am asleep for a few hours at least as soon as my movie finishes. Then we have to get all this luggage onto a skhuttle bus and off to the "HairyPort" AKA the air port for our 6 hour wait for our flight to Sydney. We took turns in wandering around, I manage to get an extra bit of duty free shopping completely using up our last US dollars. Yes more hand luggage ...

... up on the flight deck.

Balboa Park didn't end up happening - we spent all of our time on the wharf, but there are no regrets. Quickly downed some lunch - the kids even asked for a salad - go figure! Next stop, the Major League Baseball.

What an experience! The San Diego Padres vs the Arizona Diamondbacks. Today's match was the last for the Padres at home for the season. They are the bottom of the ladder with barely a win all season. Guess what? They must have ...
