    ... we respond affirmatively, they all say that it's notorious for eating dinghy's. We wish they had put that in the brochure.

    We were successful in getting what we came to Oxnard for. Our new glasses have been ordered through Costco and should be ready and waiting for us in San Diego.

    The big new experience here was one we wish we hadn't had; Santa Anna winds. Most of us have all heard about these but to live through them ...

    We had a flex day yesterday and Ken’s brother reminded us that the Cowboys Training Camp started on Sunday in Oxnard, California, which was on our way! So that got the wheels turning and after a brief discussion, we had booked a room at the same hotel where the Cowboys were staying for the Training Camp!

    ... head in and cool off. Lots of fun and splashing. Taya's favourite teether is a toothbrush, so we have one in the pool with us, Dylan uses it to pretend to paint the sides of the pool with different coloured water colours. He then pretends to paint Emma's toe nails, perhaps we should teach him to do it properly, it could be very useful whilst cooking the dinner or talking on the phone.

    ... is magnificent and the view to the outside is really beautiful. We enjoyed walking through the plane and I was surprised that it wasn't more "plush", as the newer versions are.

    I can't lie, I did find myself tearing up several times during our time there...especially as we read the letter he had written to the American people after being diagnosed with Alzheimers... Dignity.

    ... fact Prince William and Kate did attend an event here in the spring in which William played a friendly. Our $10.00 seat cost $4000.00 to see that game. Some people were dressed up in proper attire, while others were a bit moe casual. Some ladies wore simple sun dresses with hats, but nothing over the top. Initially we sat in the bleachers, but moved to a special area with elegant lawn furniture. ...
