    ... as I would balance myself. The crowd enjoyed seeing all "wobble" up to the front.

    Then the ceremony. It was all so joyous and good-natured....

    ... br> Being in a good mood we decided to explore LA: Griffeth Park Observatory to see the Hollywood sign, Walk of Fame, Rodeo Drive and spent the night in Beverly Hills. Thankfully we had parked next to a toilet as the pate from this morning breakfast, which had been opened in the hot car all day, severily disagreed with John's stomach, approximately 2 hours after eating it for his dinner.

    ... wouldn't be around for the drawing so he wanted each of them to put their name on a ticket. At that point, of course they didn't know what to say, so they didn't say anything. As he walked away he could hear them say thank you in shy subdued voices and then one of them shouted "we each got our own ticket!" After that, there were hoots and hollers of kids celebrating! We sure hope they win a prize. Rick already did.

    ... two adults, and a picnic, and we are off to explore. The children are upfront sat next to each other on a bench seat and the adults are at the back with the hard work of pedalling. Rich has the only working steering wheel and he is in control of the brake too. The children love it and think its hilarious.
