Hayley and I shopped again. It was inevitable, but now I must call it a day on the spending sprees! I have got some lovely new clothes; I do not need any more! Alex and Ruth opted to stay home rather than tag along on our mini marathon shopping spree, probably a wise choice since it lasted about seven hours in the end! We went to Target (made posher by pronouncing it with a French accent) and I picked up another skirt and a top. Hayley ...
... home too. The conference is absolutely huge so i decided it was wise on Sunday to start with an orientation session. I also learnt about IHI's founding, work so far and ambitious plans for the future. Had lunch with a nurse I met at orientation who's role is promoting breast feeding initiatives in the community. ... 8217;d gotten out, it was about 10pm and was starting to get dark. I was still a little shaky from the adrenaline, so we went and bought Cinnabons for a late dessert/supper (plus cinnabons are delicious!) and headed back to the hotel to sleep.
It hasn’t been as full-on a day as we’ve normally been having, but it was great nevertheless…and tomorrow we get to go back to Universal Studios and Harry Potter World….BUTTERBEER!
