    There is a lake near the hotel and it is very flooded from a lot of rain the area has gotten lately. You can see a picture of that, too.

    Saturday night I went to dinner at a Steakhouse with the producer of the show. Her name is Talia (pronounced Tal-lee-ah). She oversees the whole show, making sure everything runs smoothly from an equipment and computer point of view.

    ... a dish called Efoutee, a spicy chicken dish with dirty rice nom nom!! In he afternoon we headed out to the Stockyards whe we got to see a real life cattle drive through the Main Street. Some of the horns on the long horns are huge! They still have the original cattle pens & railway tracks as well as a rodeo every w/e. back in their heyday they were the largest cattle traders around & the old meat packing plants & auction houses can be seen still. ...
