    ... this is why we had to use a mini bus for this tour. The road was so narrow and we met a truck coming at us. We had to back up and a truck behind us had to back up as well.     ... Captain said and though the weather report was for gusts 6 to 7, it turns out they have been 7 to 8 and are expected for the next 3 to 4 hours, maybe to late afternoon. ( it is 8:50 am now) The waves are about 15 ft or more.
