    ... After the tour we looked at the space artefacts and watched a few movies/documentaries. There isn't as much to see and do at the center compared to Kennedy so we left at about 3pm a little disappointed (spoiled perhaps at going to Kennedy first). For dinner we got some Chinese food and called it a night.     ... a weekend so the traffic was not too bad. Seabrook is a really nice seaside town. For dinner we found an independent restaurant called Seabrook Classic Cafe.     ... 3 companies - Stage 1 is by Bowing, Stage 2 by McDonald Douglass and Stage 3 by IBM of all people.  The parts are not interchangeable and obviously recyclable. Next stop was the Zero gravity centre.  I massive pool.  In the pool was a replica of the international space station - it is amazing what they do.  I learned that the astronauts lean to use the equipment in the pool, it takes 8 hours to do a shift - 3 of which is getting ready and suited up, they ...

    ... and for being informed and involved hikers. Gear in hand, eyes scanning for poop and tracks, the girls couldn't be stopped. Until they met some friends. We were lucky enough to make some "camping friends" this go-round and had several lovely hours with our new friends Penny, Jim, Lizzy and Alex.

    ... Texas BBQ. There was plenty in midtown but that was past my hotel from where I was at the gym. I found a place closer, and when I arrived it was connected to a service station and I was the only white guy there. I still got out and had a look at the menu, but all the food looked unappetising.
