    To Hamilton

We cycled to Hamilton from Toronto to Hamilton, which was about 85km. It was a very warm and humid and unlucky day... Got 3 flats in a row... But once we got going, it was a great day. We stopped for lunch in a park where lil' kids were played Aussie Rules, and then we met Adam as we were cycling who ended up cycling all the way to Hamilton with us. After a relaxing & somewhat productive day, once tea was finished, Beth and I picked up Nick and headed through downtown Hamilton to the harbour. The sun was setting over the boats that were in the port, creating some great photo opportunities. Nick and Beth even wanted photos, much to my excitement. We had fun taking pictures on the warf - Nick, being his usual crazy self pretended to pick up Beth and throw her in!

No, I don't fear brand-name items; I greatly fear blisters. Obviously, by the items in the picture. I'm also taking just regular bandaids, and a kind lady told me today to wipe my feet with an alcoholic wipe to prevent bacteria and the ...
