    Night 7: Sanibel ER Sanibel has fantastic beaches and a pretty decent ER staff too. They didn't make me feel bad at all about getting two huge shots at the same time right up each butt cheek. And the beaches are fantastic, with soft whitish sand and minimal waves. And they give you steroids and pain killers, even though there is a $6 toll to get over the causeway. It is worth every penny.
