    ... and eye-opening experience. Everything you think you know about it is true. Corn and wheat fields as far as the eye can see. Flat lands that stretch into the horizon, peppered by the occasional farmhouse, barn, farm equipment, herd of cattle, etc. Tractors and pickups fill the country roads.
